About Victoria

I’ve been photographing weddings since 2005, and so many of them have included large family portrait sessions. I have always been a Canon camera shooter, and have continually upgraded my arsenal. I am so in love with the R-5 mirrorless cameras Canon makes, and I feel like they make the standard DSLR a bit obsolete. I always have a 2nd camera available and a variety of lenses to round out my collection.

I have probably covered over 1250 events – and I just love it when a past bride calls me and wants me to tell me she’s pregnant and wants me to do a maternity photo shoot! And then a 2 months later, I’m photographing her little newborn, and following her/him for a six month session, and finishing up at a one year celebration!

As I actually head into retirement, my current focus is on couple’s who are eloping, and want their intimate moments captured without all the hectic organized chaos that frequently comes with the big fancy wedding day events!

I’m so happily married to my husband Bruce, who I met in the Caribbean over 40 years ago! Who would have thought that a Christmas vacation would lead to a marriage lasting this long, 3 beautiful grown children, and 3 grandsons! Of course, don’t forget about my border collies Lily and Sami, and the last cat standing in the house hold – Clover! I’m sad to say that in the past 8 months (from 2023 to May 2024) Clover and Lily are no longer of our world, but lived a great life into old age 🙁
